In the app, Settings → Send feedback opens an email with the app and timetable versions filled in, which helps us track a problem down. If you write from elsewhere, tell us which stop or route, the day and time, and what you expected to see.

Questions

Can I see where my bus is right now?

Not yet. The times are scheduled times from the published timetable. Bus operators in Scotland are due to start publishing live bus positions over the next few years, and we'll add live times when they do.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Every timetable is stored on your phone, so departures and journeys work anywhere.

Which buses are included?

Bus services in Dumfries & Galloway from the published timetables. Demand-responsive and bookable services aren't included.

How do timetables stay up to date?

The app checks once a day for a new timetable and downloads it when there is one. The check sends nothing about you. Timetables do change, so check with the operator before you travel, especially for the last bus home.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone with iOS 26 or later, and Android 8 or later.
